Most of us think we are pretty good at communication, because we do it day in and day out.
Unfortunately there can be a wide gap between what we continually do and how we do something effectively, and communication is a prime example of that.
Most people have a default communication approach that is directly related to their default personality trait. Yet few people are aware what this is and so how to adapt their communication approach to the approaches that those other people they are trying to communicate with. This is the root of much miscommunication and conflict.
This leads to wasted energy, frustrations and unpleasantness that need not be the case.
This course then offers you a route map through personality profiling to aid more effective communication.
I am founder and CEO of Creative Coaching Creative Cultures; Author of DISCover the Power of You (due to be published by John Hunt Publishing in 2017); Speaker; Consultant, Coach and Licensed DISC Trainer.
I have written these range of courses because I see a real need through my work in training, coaching and consultancy for an extension of the learning that I have developed through my book above.
There is a great saying 'If it's important you'll find the time. If not you'll find an excuse, and believe it.'
These courses are for those who want to find the time, not the excuses.
Thank you for doing my course 'Communication for those who don't think they need it.'
I would love to hear back from you on how this course has impacted on your communications and relationships with others.
Having now undertaken this course you might be interested in my more advanced course V.A.L.O.R. Approach to Improvement which goes into greater depth around values, area for priority, limiting beliefs, outlook and mindset, and reframing. These are all aspects that will greatly enhance your communications, motivation and relationships.
All the best
